1. Return Window You can return your products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging with all the original tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is strictly required.
3. Return Shipping Costs We value our customers! The return shipping courier charges will be fully covered by us. We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address.
4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the money will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment or bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Please note that items purchased during clearance sales, special offers, or combo discounts cannot be returned or refunded.
